Terms of Service
✿ Payments and Refunds ✿
Payment for commission must be done upfront in full.
Payment will only be accepted in USD via PayPal.
Requests for revisions will only be done once paid in full.
Once commission is completed, the artist will send the artwork in .jpg file format via client’s email.
Refunds are not applicable once the artist has completed a commissioned piece.
A full refund is only applicable if the artist is unable to finish a commission for any given reason.

Commissioned works are for PERSONAL USE ONLY.
The client may post the commissioned piece on their social media with appropriate credit to the artist
The client may NOT trace or alter the commissioned piece.
The client may NOT upload the commissioned piece to any NFT or AI Generation services.
The artist reserves the rights to decline a commission.
The artist reserves the rights to the final product and posting of the commissioned piece online for marketing (unless client requests otherwise)
References provided for commissions are highly recommended / appreciated.
A maximum of 3 revisions are only accepted during the sketching phase for free. Upon approval of the sketch, additional fees will be charged for revisions. (pricing will increase depending on complexity of revision)
Progress of the commission should be done within 2 weeks to 2 months (timing may vary depending on complexity of the piece / artist’s schedule)
Should the client cancel the commission or the artist is unable to complete the commission, the client does not reserve any rights to use any previews of the progress sent.
